Use this form to track license usage for an AMC application group that is sharing licenses.
The form is divided into two parts. The top part provides a summary of the total number of licenses that have been purchased, allocated and used for the application group. The bottom provides more detailed information, as it lists the number of licenses that have been allocated for each member of the application group, plus whether the member is currently experiencing a license violation event.

This form is only available on systems that have been configured in the Mitel Application Management Center with a System Type of "Enterprise" and License Sharing "enabled."

Red colored text indicates that the licenses have been over-allocated (i.e., Total Purchased is less than Total Allocated). Check the Application Group Members portion of the form to see where licenses are allocated. NOTE: Changes to the number of currently allocated SIP Trunk licenses take affect after the next hourly AMC audit cycle. |

Total Consumed |
System-generated, protected field. The total number of licenses that have been used by all of the application group members. Licenses are used when:
NOTE: The "consumed" data (both 'total consumed' and the individual consumed) are updated by an audit that occurs automatically every 60 minutes or on system startup. Unlike license allocation, they are NOT immediately updated when licenses are consumed. |
